The City of Sedalia will be launching its new, on-line Citizen Service Request feature later this year !! Web visitors will be able to report a concern or a problem that will be automatically forwarded on to the appropriate staff member. Once a user has established an account, they'll be able to log-in, check the status of the request, see what actions have been taken. If the situation changes, a user can add comments or even a photo. Visitors will also be able to sign up for an automatic update service that will keep them informed of the status of their request.

Until this feature is available, please direct all requests and concerns to the Mayor's Office at (660) 827-3000 x145.
